House assessment

We do a walkthrough around your client’s house. We review room by room and give them a written report that serves as a guide to plan and prepare their home for sale. Walkthrough can be done in person or virtually.

This includes a list of recommendations to improve the house visual and best solutions for their transition, a decluttering checklist and staging proposal.

The focus is on identifying the most opportunities in each room and providing an easy-to-follow process for them to execute if they prefer to do it on their own.

Pre-staging

  • We help your client make decisions on their belongings, end goal: to declutter their home and create more spacious rooms to showcase the house’s full potential
  • We remove personal belongings and create neutral spaces so potential buyers can imagine themselves living in the house
  • We provide all the resources to remove unwanted items from the house and ready to be staged
  • Arrange packers, movers and storage options

Home staging

We will work with current furniture and style the rooms with other pieces if needed.

We bring in accessories, rugs, accent pieces for rental or we do personal shopping if the client wants to keep the items for their next house.

Your client’s property will be prepared for the market while they’re still living in it. We give each room a makeover to attract higher profit, win win for everyone!

F.A.Q.

You have questions, we have answers

Pre-staging is the process of decluttering, downsizing and organizing a house prior to staging. We will help you decide what items to keep and what should be donated or packed for showings.  We can coordinate Estate sales, packers, movers, junk removal, cleaners and any other service needed for you

Home staging is the process of preparing a house for sale by highlighting its main rooms for potential buyers, it’s the visual presentation of a property. This can be as simple as reorganizing furniture placement and accessorizing or bringing in new items to stage.

The goal of home staging is to help buyers or renters envision themselves living in the space and to make a positive first impression.

Home organizing is the process of arranging and decluttering items in your home to create a more functional and efficient living space. It focuses on organizing belongings, optimizing storage solutions, and creating systems to maintain order and accessibility.

Home staging, on the other hand, is the process of preparing a home for sale or rental with the aim of making it more appealing to potential buyers or tenants. It involves strategically arranging furniture, decor, and other elements to showcase the property’s best features and create a welcoming and attractive environment.

In summary, home organizing is about optimizing your living space for everyday use, while home staging is about preparing a home for sale or rental by creating an inviting and visually appealing atmosphere to attract potential buyers or tenants.

Decluttering is a crucial aspect of home staging, but it is just one of many steps of the overall process. Home staging encompasses various elements that work together to make it a powerful marketing tool. These include repairs, color selection, decor choices, and attention to small details, all of which combine to create a welcoming environment that  evokes a sense of home.

Home Staging aims to create an emotional connection with potential buyers. Nowadays, many buyers search for homes online, so it’s crucial to capture their attention and evoke their emotions. When a home is staged, it looks fantastic in photographs, allowing you to reach a larger audience when marketing your property. Standing out from the competition and connecting with buyers on an emotional level is essential.

Home Staging works by clearly defining each space in the home, showcasing a desirable lifestyle. If a home is cluttered with personal items, too many things, or vibrant colors, buyers can get distracted and miss the true potential of the space. Home Staging eliminates distractions and directs focus to the property’s features rather than the items inside. By using neutral colors, removing clutter, and ensuring good flow, potential buyers can envision themselves living in the home more easily.

Additionally, Home Staging aims to eliminate any obstacles that might discourage potential buyers from purchasing your home.

The duration of the staging process can vary, ranging from a single day to multiple days, depending on the specific requirements. However, typically, it can be accomplished within one full work day.

On the other hand, pre-staging takes longer depending on the amount of things a house has, it can go from a 1 day session to a couple weeks.

The cost varies depending on  how much or how little work your house requires to look it’s best for potential buyers. Home organizing and staging can fit any budget. We offer a variety of services to fit everyone’s needs, from DIY consultation to one day service and full staging. Remember that the investment you make on the service will come back when the home sells
